Room is decent. Bathroom clean and functional. Decent sized fridge and a microwave. Has a coffee maker. However, no complimentary water in the fridge. Carry your own water or a tap filter, if you do not like to use water from the tap straight. Filtered water available in the breakfast room. Has a chinese restaurant attached to the hotel. Subway is walking distance. HVAC system is what took away the stars. This hotel has the old heating system and just a thermostat which did not feel very responsive.

Its a 2 star at best, not much else to say. Some of the staff are very friendly, while some of them are going to lose business.
Great hotel so far, rooms are comfy breakfast is delightful and it doesn't cost 200 a night what more do ya need. On top of the fancy modern carpet they have modern oilfield art in the room great for face timing with the wife pretending I actually work hard.
